🆕Not done yoga before? No problem, we take everything slowly and step by step with options, so that everyone can find their own suitable practice. I will advise on modifications with blocks and straps to help you achieve comfortable poses. Yoga is an adaptable practice, we work around problem areas.
❗If you have serious medical or health issues, or you are unsure, always check with a medical professional before you come to yoga class.
If you have a mat, bring it or you can borrow one of mine.
