How are you welcoming this season’s magic? ✨ Appreciating slowing down and deep listening can guide us to the subtle and profound rebirth that is possible during this season… During a Sound Bath & Meditation with Suzie & Mario we hold the space together to supercharge the healing potency of this seasonal offering. 

We invite you to shift from “doing” to “being”, to embody the seasonal truth that evolution happens underground, to welcome that this waning moon is also the waning of the year and an opportunity to nourish the “soil” of your Self for courageous closure and to tend your inner light for renewal… the darkness is a warm and gentle cocoon that prepares us for reawakening. 

In the Sound Bath, you get to fully release into your warm and cozy nest to experience just that: a slowing, an embodied listening, and an awakening to sensation and awareness. 

The integration of Guided Meditation and optional Reiki offered during the bath create a potent opportunity to emerge fully rejuvenated… with access to more spaciousness for joy, clarity, possibility and freshness!

*Simultaneously be washed by the frequencies and vibrations of the sound journey (Suzie) AND receive Reiki (Mario) to super-charge the restorative healing potency. 

An array of instruments from around the world creates the nourishing and restorative soundscape, including Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, the gong, Native American flute, swarmandal, chimes and more.

Exchange: $44 as a Treat for One / Come with a friend: $80 as a Treat for Two


Please bring a journal to jot down your insights after the meditation and sound bath… and you could bring your favorite blanket!
