Join Suzie and Mario in community to embody gratitude for the journeys we have taken, celebrate our joyful experiences and our earned wisdom, honor our courage and our self-discovery that has come to fruition this harvest season…and allow for what we are ready to release. 

Our authentic selves may sometimes be obscured by outdated stories and we welcome you to imagine what it would be like to release outworn narratives. The waning crescent phase of the moon welcomes flavors of completion & reflection, untangling & letting go, as well as rest and gratitude. 

Suzie & Mario hold the energetic healing space together, super-charging the potency of the sound bath and meditation experience, gently cultivating harmony both at the cellular level and between our inner and outer worlds. 

What to expect

*A meditation journey (Mario)…

*…slipping us into the sound bath (Suzie)

*Simultaneously be washed by the frequencies and vibrations of the sound journey (Suzie) AND receive Reiki (Mario) to super-charge the restorative healing potency. 

An array of instruments from around the world creates the nurturing and restorative soundscape, including Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, the gong, Native American flute, tanpura and more.

Please bring a journal to jot down your insights after the meditation and sound bath… and you could bring your favorite blanket!

You’re welcome to arrive 15-20 minutes ahead (5:40pm) to settle in and enjoy light refreshments!

The waning crescent is not a time to launch endeavors, but rather a time to declutter & realign: your insides, your external space & your schedule, to set you up for success going forward!
