Meeting Topic: Working Together Toward Equality
(Based on the book, Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead - Chapter 11)
Please come prepared to dialogue about our "Next Step" from the meeting on 1-17-19, where the topic was, "Let's Start Talking About It".
Sheryl Sandberg exhorts, “We need to speak out, identify the barriers that are holding women back, and find solutions.” Reflect on this statement and come to March’s circle prepared to discuss these questions:
What question are you afraid to ask because you think your gender plays some role in influencing the outcome?
What is your piece in helping to practice, expose, and encourage gender equity?

Cambria (business in same building as WSU-Rochester) will be hosting the Chamber's Business After Hours the same evening as our Lean In Circle. There will also be two evening classes happening at WSU-Rochester.
