This year, the Awards Committee will be handing out Awards to showcase excellence in Commercial Real Estate. RAC NYSCAR membership is required for honorees except for the Allan D. Moore Lifetime Achievement Award and the Meritorious Service Award.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is given to an individual that has had a major positive impact on the Commercial Real Estate Profession over a prolonged period of time.

REALTOR of the Year is awarded to the individual that has demonstrated excellence in the Commercial Real Estate Profession.

The Deal of the Year Award for Sale and Lease is given to the individual or individuals that completed the most interesting, creative, complex, meaningful or largest transaction for the year.

Meritorious Service Award is given to an individual that has gone beyond the call of duty, serving the RAC NYSCAR and its members.

Celebrate new, talented members in the industry who practice Commercial Real Estate and are 30 years old and under. This award category recognizes new and emerging talent in Commercial Real Estate for closed transactions.

Affiliate of the Year is awarded to the individual that has demonstrated excellence as part of an RAC NYSCAR Broker member’s Real Estate Transaction.
