He has been a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) for the past five years, holds an Associate of Science degree in Human Services, and is currently a full-time student at SUNY Brockport. Before joining the Mental Health Association, Evan worked in a variety of roles within the substance use field. Evan has brought his experience to the mental health field over this past year. As a person in long-term recovery, Evan believes in a holistic approach to wellness that recognizes the importance of mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being.
