Assumption of RiskI understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, strains, collisions, allergic or asthma reactions, scratches, bites, illness, and exposure to germs, dander, or saliva, as well as the unpredictable behavior of animals.I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, 16 years of age with parental consent, or I will be accompanied by a parent/guardian if under the age of 16.I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with my participation in the Event.2. Release of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless SMH Ventures LLC, the event venue, instructors, breeders/handlers, staff, contractors, agents, affiliates, and partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including those resulting from ordinary negligence.3.
