Join us for an evening of creativity, storytelling, and community at Open Mic Readings, a collaboration between the Fulton County Public Library and Digital Wolf Network at the Mellow Mug.
This event is open to all ages and welcomes anyone interested in sharing original writing or simply listening and supporting local voices. Poems, short stories, essays, and excerpts are all encouraged, with reading times ranging from 30 seconds up to 10 minutes depending on how many participants sign up. The microphone will be provided, and all content is welcome with no theme restrictions.
Sign-ups are first come, first serve, so we strongly encourage you to register on the website to help us plan in case time runs short. Day-of check-in and sign-ups will also be available from 4:00–4:30 PM.
The Mellow Mug Cafe will be open, so feel free to invite friends, family, and fellow creatives to join us for a cozy night of expression and connection. Event MC David Hazledine from the Literacy Department will be guiding the evening.
