Curious about yoga? Just Yoga is an all-levels community yoga class built around having fun doing yoga together. For the first few weeks of class each month, find unity and stability and explore the practice of yoga in a light-hearted, interactive, and unconventional way. Build up core strength and stability through a series of challenging but playful movements. Use the power of your breath to practice staying present and engaged. Find the line between effort and ease. Move the body to ease the mind.

The last class of each month, slow everything down in a class styled after yin yoga practice, utilizing long-held, passive stretches utilizing gravity and breath. Cultivate relaxation, mindfulness, and inner peace.

Either class you decide to join is welcome to all levels and can be modified to your need. Remember, It's just yoga!

Cody is a graduate of the TRU/Yoga for a Good Hood 200hr teacher training and has been with ROCovery since August of 2021.

This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
