Heels class is a high-energy dance experience that blends elements of hip hop, jazz, and sensual movement—all done in heels. It’s about confidence, control, musicality, and expression. You’ll learn how to walk, move, and dance with intention, then bring it all together in a fun, empowering choreographed routine.

This class is designed for **everyone**. You do not need any dance experience. Total beginners are welcome, and everything is broken down step by step so you can build confidence as you go. The environment is supportive, uplifting, and judgment-free—just a room full of women showing up for themselves.
