As a lifelong dancer and teacher, I’ve spent most of my journey in the world of partner dance, where I’ve worked hard to create safe, welcoming spaces for everyBODY to feel confident. But I’ve also felt the weight of unrealistic beauty standards, social media comparisons, and the voice in my head telling me I wasn’t “enough” to take up space.

This Heels class is my answer to that voice—and an invitation for you to reclaim your own confidence, too.
