Join us for an intimate five-course oyster dinner. Inspired by the rhythms of the sea, each course highlights the nuance of oysters through thoughtful preparation, guided pours, and layered flavor. Hosted in partnership with Maine Oyster Company and Lady Oyster.

Each course will be paired with a thoughtfully selected wine to complement its flavors.
