Oysters All Day & All Ways — Evening Dinner Experience

Join us for part two of our “Oysters All Day & All Ways” celebration, hosted in partnership with Maine Oyster Company and Lady Oyster. This evening portion invites you to sit back, relax, and let us wine and dine you through five beautifully crafted courses, each inspired by the versatility and character of oysters.

Each course will be paired with a thoughtfully selected wine to complement its flavors.

Oyster Linguini ~ Cucumber / Shallot / Butter / Caviar

Course Four:
Braised Venison ~ Oyster Mushroom / Forager Brewery Oyster Stout / Blueberry Compote

Creme Bruleé ~ Smoked Oyster Bruleé / Caviar
