PRESENTER: Jacob Schuller, Executive Director of Southeast Minnesota Center for Independent Living (SEMCIL)
Jacob has been providing services to people with disabilities for over 22 years. Currently, he is the Executive Director for Southeastern MN Center for Independent Living (SEMCIL). SEMCIL is unique in many ways, one of which is that the majority of its leadership and many of the professional employees identify as having a disability. For the past 2.5 years he has worked to build a culture that supports and challenges all of SEMCIL’s employees to work with a purpose and generate successful results for the consumers of the organization.
