This sound immersion features powerful gong work, crystal singing bowls, and vibrational tools to support the release of built-up tension physically, mentally, and emotionally. Gongs in particular are known for their ability to move stagnant energy and guide the body into a meditative state where natural healing processes are amplified.
The tones and frequencies used in this session are designed to quiet the thinking mind, regulate the breath, and drop you into a place of stillness. From there, the body knows what to do.
Whether you're new to sound healing or returning to the practice, this immersion invites you to simply lie back, receive, and allow the sound to do the work.
