Join Lindsey Mease for a cozy, slow, and refreshing yoga flow designed to help you unwind, reconnect with your body, and breathe a little deeper before the holiday rush sweeps in.
This class is gentle, welcoming, and made with love for the Flourish Mom Co. community. Whether you’re needing a moment to yourself, craving a reset, or just want to move your body in a supportive space, come as you are. No experience needed.
Expect soft lighting, slow intentional movement, grounding breathwork, and that “oh wow, I really needed this” feeling.
