🆕Not done yoga before? No problem, we take everything slowly and step by step with options, so that everyone can find their own suitable practice. I will advise on modifications with blocks and straps to help you achieve comfortable poses. Yoga is an adaptable practice so we work around problem areas.
If you have serious medical or health issue, or you are unsure, always check with a medical professional before you come to yoga class.
