               Auction instructions 
 1/24/2026 at 8 AM, the bidding begins for ALL auction items. All items were donated, are sold as is, and are described to the best of our abilities.

On 1/30/2026 at 5 PM. The auction will begin closing 20 items every three minutes items one through 20 close at 5 PM, items 21 through 40 close at 5:03, items 41 through 60 close at 5:06 PM, and so on. The last items to close will be the sponsored items. Bidding close times will be extended by five minutes whenever a new bid is placed in the last five minutes.

*A 3% buyer premium will be charged to cover auction commission fees.
*A credential card is required for bidding and payment. You must register your credit card to bid. Payments will be run through stripe. 

*No items will be shipped.

                     PICK UP 
On 2/122026 from 11 AM to 3 PM, you can pick up your items at our shelter, and you must show your invoice. 
Our shelter address is 3224 19th St. NW., Rochester, MN 15901. 
*WE CANNOT HOLD ITEMS BEYOND THIS DATE
