Administrative Professionals Conference Vendor Fair
The Vendor Fair will include both business-related vendors and vendors of interest. We will not allow duplicate direct-sale businesses. Your place will be reserved when your registration is received. Your registration is a commitment to participate. Should we choose to continue the Vendor Fair next year, preference will be given to this year’s vendors who wish to return.
Registration must be completed by April 1st to secure your spot.
Set Up: Wednesday, April 18, 2018 10:00 am – 11:15 am. Please do not plan to arrive before 10:00 a.m. The Vendor Fair is scheduled to open at 11:15 a.m., and you must be ready to open by that time. We will provide table cloth/skirting. You are required to be present between 11:15 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Tables/Chairs: You will be provided with one 5-foot table and a chair that will be set up for you. (Additional space may be requested when completing your registration.) You will be assigned a table when you arrive for set up.
Outlets/Accommodations: If you need an electrical outlet, please let us know. These are limited and will be on a first come/first serve basis. We will try to honor requests if possible. If there are other accommodations that you need, please let us know when you send in the registration form. Changes will NOT be made at the Vendor Fair. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet all requests.
Advertising: RCTC will be marketing the event to their local business contacts, RHRA, via social media, and RCTC SWARM. All vendors will be recognized in the Administrative Professionals’ Conference program. If you return your registration form by February 15th, you will have the opportunity to be listed as a confirmed vendor in the RCTC Conference Registration information that is sent out Mid – late February.
Door Prizes: Each business is asked to donate a door prize valued at $10-$15. Please drop this off with your business card when you arrive at the Vendor Fair. Door prizes will be displayed with your company name during the Vendor Fair. Drawing will be held during the Vendor Fair/lunch. All attendee names will be entered for a chance to win the door prizes. (Vendors are not eligible for door prizes.) You may choose to do an additional door prize drawing at your own booth as a way to expand your business and customer contacts, but that is not required.
Parking/unloading and loading: You may load and unload by entering at door H14 on the west side of the Heintz Center. Parking is available on either the west or east side of the building. A limited number of carts may be available for your use – please stop by the registration area to check availability.
Refreshments: We will provide coffee and water. There is a cafeteria next to the Vendor Fair area if you would like to grab a quick sandwich or snack.
