For 21 years, this celebration has brought our community together to honor freedom, culture, resilience, unity, and the ongoing pursuit of justice.

As Dr. Walé Elegbede shared:

Juneteenth is both a celebration and a call to action. It is a moment to honor the resilience of those who came before us, while recommitting ourselves to building a more just, inclusive, and equitable future for the next generation.”
