Beginner Yoga Classes

Join our gentle Yoga classes at the

Rochelle Park Public Library on the first and third Saturday of each month @ 10 AM!

Perfect for all levels, these beginner-friendly sessions focus on stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation to help release tension and promote well-being.

Ages 13 and up!

No prior experience needed—just bring a mat and unwind with us. We can’t wait to see you there!
