This 90 minute yoga intensive will focus on core engagement, strength-building, and balance, with options to explore inversions and arm balances—freestanding or with props for the first hour. The last portion of the class will be 30 minutes of restorative poses for deep rest and rejuvenation. Prior yoga or fitness experience is recommended. Modifications and support will be offered throughout. 

Taught by Katy, co-owner of Farmer & Frenchman, PhD in Medical Anthropology, with over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and guiding embodied movement.
