Join us for a one-year deep dive and thoughtful group study of the five Yamas and five Niyamas from Patanjali’s yoga tradition. Together we will reflect on these guiding principles, share insights, and explore practical ways to live them on and off the mat.
The 5 Yamas
Ahimsa — non-harming
Satya — truthfulness
Asteya — non-stealing
Brahmacharya — wise use of energy
Aparigraha — non-attachment	The 5 Niyamas
Saucha — purity and clarity
Santosha — contentment
Tapas — discipline
Svadhyaya — self-study
Ishvara Pranidhana — surrender to the divine

We will be working with Deborah Adele’s The Yamas & Niyamas:  Exploring Yoga’s Ethical Practice as well as several translations of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.  Please bring a journal, any Sutra translation you may have, an open mind, and a willingness to explore!
$228.00 for the year-long series.
25 hours of Yoga Alliance CEU’s available. All are welcome.
