Through gentle movement, guided meditation, healing-centered dialogue, and sacred music, we will explore practices that have supported wellness across cultures for generations.

Weekly Themes
- Week 1: Remembering the Breath – Breath as Medicine
- Week 2: Remembering the Body – The Body as Sacred
- Week 3: Remembering Our Roots – Honoring Our Ancestors and Life Journey
- Week 4: Remembering the Earth – Nature as Teacher

Each 90-minute session will include:
- Kemetic Yoga
- Breathwork
- Guided Meditation
- Indigenous healing perspectives
- Sangoma-inspired teachings
- Medicine songs and sound
- Reflection and community discussion

This series is open to all experience levels. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome. The intention is not only to learn new techniques but to experience a deeper sense of presence, connection, and inner balance.

Participants are encouraged to bring a journal, wear comfortable clothing, and come with an open heart and curious mind.
