? Glimpse life in Indiana before European settlement

? Join the Drum Circle (Sessions at 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, & 1:00 PM)

? Try your luck on the LC Trail, an Oregon Trail-style game

? Walk through the woods and prairie, including trails not normally open to the public

?️ Explore the Trillium Trading Post and chat with reenactors from the Old Fort

? Learn about land conservation, restoration, and stewardship from our expert team

? Make a s’more around the fire

? Take a hay wagon ride and try to spot bison and elk roaming the park

National Bison Day is part of Bison Day of Giving, a celebration of the incredible impact LC Nature Park has on wildlife, conservation, and community. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of supporters like you to keep our trails open, habitats thriving, and programs running.
