Led by Katherine Arney, owner of Star City Mahjong, this instructional series walks you through everything you need to know — no experience required!

Week 1 – May 30: Mahjong 101 – Intro to tiles, setup, and rules

Week 2 – June 6: Mahjong 102 – Beginner strategy and guided play

Week 3 – June 13: Mahjong 103 – Independent play with Katherine’s support

Week 4 – June 20: Free play day for all the graduates!

🎓 Completed the series? Join us for a refresher anytime for just $15, or stop by during open hours for casual practice.

Starting May 30, experienced players are welcome to enjoy independent play in a dedicated nearby room during the same time slot.
