HopeDriven - a local non-profit organization in the Roanoke Valley - is organizing their 7th-Annual Christmas Toy Drive to collect toys, gifts, and personal items for the ailing children throughout Carilion Pediatrics in Roanoke and New River Valley.
Many of these children may not be home for the holidays, so please join us in giving these children a Christmas to remember and to take their minds of their medical situations by providing them with special gifts to enjoy during their stay.
**Carilion Disclaimer – Our main requirements are that all donations must be brand new, latex-free, and must not contain anything edible, with a religious message, or with a violent theme. We can utilize items for all ages 0-18. We are also in need of things such as Play-Doh, coloring supplies, craft kits, and other items for infants, toddlers, and teenagers. We do accept homemade items like blankets and hats, but they must be made with new materials and washed with a free and clear detergent before delivery.**
