Virginia rock reggae band FeelFree is coming thru Roanoke on Friday September 5th to play Commonwealth Brewing Company for a free show! Music 9PM
Sounds to help you FeelFree. Formed in Alexandria, Virginia by childhood friends Andrew Pfeiffer (vocals/guitar/trombone), Evan Hulehan (vocals/guitar/trumpet) and Garrett Clausen (keyboards/vocals/saxophone), FeelFree's genre-blending music brings a refreshing approach to America's reggae rock scene by fusing breezy soundscapes and introspective songwriting with anthemic horn lines to create a sound brimming with sky high vibes.
The band has independently written and produced three albums, garnered millions of streams across digital streaming services while cultivating a small but dedicated local and global fanbase with their 2018 LP Define the Free winning a "WAMMIE" for Washington DC's Best Reggae Album of 2018. The band is currently at work on their fourth full length album after releasing the 5 song Overdue EP in 2023.
Pegged as "the sound of summer" by Northern Virginia Magazine, FeelFree has sold-out shows around the DC, Virginia and Maryland area, playing some of the mid-Atlantic’s biggest festivals like FloydFest, LOCKN’, and Jampacked, and shared the stage with critically-acclaimed internationally and nationally touring acts like Steel Pulse, Lettuce, Everclear, Sister Nancy, The English Beat, Sublime w/ Rome, The Movement, Bumpin Uglies, and The Elovaters to name a few.
