From johnnie cake and conch fritters to spiny lobster, Wagyu oxtail and a tropical dessert finale, each course offers a refined interpretation of West Indian cuisine. Thoughtfully selected wines will accompany the evening, creating a memorable progression of flavor from the first bite to the final pour.

Following a series of sold-out dinners, this special late-summer evening promises another unforgettable celebration of culinary collaboration, exceptional wines and inspired storytelling.
