Another Pop up Mobility Class!

Y'all liked it so much you asked for it again!

This mobility class is all about playing with movement while opening up the body using gym equipment and lacrosse balls. We will add in a few yoga poses this time too! We’ll roll, explore, release tight spots, likely cursing while doing it, all to help you move easier and feel way better.

You’ll learn simple techniques that boost your workouts and speed up recovery, helping you move better, lift better, and bounce back faster. Expect a fun class leaving you feeling loose, open, and refreshed.

$5 for members $10 for non member donation
