America's Slowest 5K Presented by Altra

The only race where the last person to finish is the winner. Join us for an easy Sunday stroll with Altra the day after the Foot Levelers Blue Ridge Marathon.

Enjoy a Altra shoe demos, an easy recovery run, goat yoga, live music, and much, much more.

Reg opens at 8am, the ceremonial biting-of-the-donut and the "race" starts 9ish.

Do you have to run on Saturday to do the Slow-K on Sunday? Nope! ALL are welcome (including friendly, leashed pups and strollers!)

Entry includes a flower lei, coffee mug, coffee, donut, and goat yoga:
$30 if you register by April 12
$40 April 13-race day
