For this edition of 1982: A Culinary & Musical Experience, Chef Milton joins Chef de Cuisine Wells Selbe and The Hotel Roanoke culinary team for a dynamic multi-course evening inspired by the bold flavors, iconic music, and unmistakable cultural energy of the early 1980s.

Each course is expertly paired with curated wines and designed to capture the spirit of the era, from defining pop culture moments to the sound and style that still echo through today’s culinary and creative landscape.

This is an immersive evening where exceptional cuisine, thoughtful pairings, music and storytelling come together in a historical setting.
