This 5-week course will give you a thorough grounding in the correct alignment in various yoga poses (asanas) and will prepare you in particular for a vinyasa (flow) class. If you've never done yoga before and have been too intimidated to join a class, or have done some yoga but want to understand how to do the poses correctly then this is the course for you!
