Old seasons that repeat themselves quietly beneath the surface.
In this circle, we sit with them.
We witness them.
And through breath, colour, and intention —
we begin to transform them.
This is not about learning how to paint.
This is about listening to the earth within you.
Through guided grounding, stillness, and intuitive process, your canvas becomes a living field. What wants to root will root. What is ready to shed will shed.
You do not need artistic experience.
You do not need to know what will emerge.
The soil does not question the seed.
The seed does not question the sun.
Your hands will remember what to do.
I will hold the circle.
You will walk your own path on the canvas.
Layer by layer, your painting becomes medicine —
a visual map of what you are growing next.
