We’ll begin by rising into a heat-building flow; stoking inner fire, boosting vitality, and reconnecting you with your body’s strength and resilience. Then we’ll release into the soothing embrace of restoration, allowing your nervous system to soften, unwind, and melt into support.
As you relax into savasana, a live sound bath will wash over you, guiding you deeper into rest, integration, and pure bliss.
