Land to Table Brunch

Each five-course brunch follows a thoughtfully curated prix fixe menu, designed to highlight the freshest ingredients of the season.

Set in a communal dining style, guests 12 and older are invited to sit side by side at shared tables, fostering conversation and connection as they experience the rhythm of the meal together. The table scape transforms each month, evolving with the land-perhaps featuring fresh-cut wildflowers in April or sun-kissed berries and soft pastels as spring deepens into May.

Hosted one weekend day a month, this sold-out event is a cherished favorite in the Salt Lake Valley. Each brunch is thoughtfully prepared and served by Jen and Luke of The Kinlands, along with Chef Casey, ensuring a beautifully crafted experience that brings the season’s offerings to life.
