-Having someone drum over your body can be beneficial because it utilizes the power of rhythm and vibration to promote relaxation, stress reduction, pain management, emotional release, and a sense of connection with one's body, potentially aiding in overall well-being!
🌕RELAX WITH A GUIDED MEDITATION AND SOUND BATH
-Guided meditation and sound baths can help you relax, reduce stress, and improve your mood. They can also help you sleep better, focus more clearly, and feel more energized!
🌕 INTEGRATION & SHARING TIME
-As others open up, you build a deeper sense of community within the group. Sharing is not required however!
