The connected living area was updated with a warm fireplace and built in storage for media and game consoles, making the space feel more organized, comfortable, and welcoming.The result was a kitchen and living space designed around family routines, gathering, and everyday comfort, not just looks.PROJECT 2: ENTERTAINING FOCUSED KITCHEN (WOOD KITCHEN)This family loves to cook and entertain, but the original kitchen felt closed off and limited by a wall and a window.We removed both the wall and the window to open up the space and expand cabinetry. This allowed us to create a large peninsula with more prep space, seating, and better flow for hosting. Storage was added on both sides with pullouts for large pots and cooking tools. The island also includes a built in ice maker and beverage refrigerator to support entertaining.In addition to function, we focused on style.
