VGA registration fee: $20.00 (Due upon signing up for the event)
Pre-paid event - an invoice will be sent to each registered player using the timeline below.

Invoice Timeline
Invoices will be sent out on or prior to 05/10/26
Players will pay the invoice by 06/01/26
Players with unpaid Green Fees by the DUE date will lose their spot.
Players who register after the original invoice date will receive it separately and will have 48 hours to submit payment.
All withdrawals from VGA events must be made before event registration closes by contacting the VGA leader running the event (i.e, Tournament Director). Event Registration Fees for VGA events are nonrefundable but transferable in the same season if the player contacts the VGA leader before registration closes for the event.

An amputee may move up one tee box from his/her assigned tee box (tee box must be rated for gender of player). Request to move up a tee box must be submitted to event coordinator prior to pairings being finalized.
