Step into well-being; one walk at a time! Join our Blue Zones Project Hiking Moai, a fun and energizing way to connect with others, explore local trails, and improve your well-being. Inspired by the Okinawan tradition of moai—a group of lifelong friends who support each other - this hiking moai brings people together for movement, conversation, and community.

Whether you're a seasoned hiker or just enjoy a stroll in nature, this group is for you. We walk at a comfortable pace, enjoy meaningful chats, and focus on progress, not perfection.
