This class is suitable for all fitness levels and will be led by certified yoga instructor Cheryl aka @peaceyogabycheryl a local Columbus Yoga teacher that has been teaching since 2013. She is very passionate about working with local rescues in the Columbus area in hopes to spread the word to find permanent homes for shelter dogs.

The Adoption Center will supply the puppies so please leave yours at home?

Grab a friend and come downward dog with adorable, adoptable pups while raising funds and awareness for pets in needs

The pups will likely wander from one mat to the next, climb on you to assist in your form, and play with their puppy friends so come prepared to laugh and receive puppy kisses! Although we love all dogs we ask that you leave your pup at home as this event is for the shelter pups.
