- **Event Description**: Join us for a hands-on workshop where participants can enjoy hot tea and maybe a cookie or two while creating a needle-felted holiday ornament consisting of two uniquely decorated mittens. The finished piece can be displayed as a seasonal decoration or given as a handmade gift. 

Participants will:
> Learn safe and proper needle-felting techniques.
> Understand how to blend and layer colors for texture. 
> Create wool ornaments using a felt form.
> Explore creative variation and finishing techniques.

All class materials will be provided. No experience needed; well-behaved kids ages 12+ are welcomed. (All participants need their own registration.)

Participants will leave with a finished ornament and workshop guide consisting of safety instructions, step-by-step directions for completing the project, patterns, and resources for purchasing materials or additional learning. 

Materials fee $10 + class fee $25 = $35
