We’ll begin with a mindful walk in nature using wireless headphones, allowing you to tune into uplifting music while connecting with nature and your own rhythm. In Secret Sunrise Ohio style, you'll have guided facilitation along the nature walk. Secret Sunrise Ohio uses a diverse playlist and playful guidance to help you connect to yourself, nature and others in a unique way.



After the walk, we’ll gather for a one-hour immersive sound journey facilitated by Safe and Sound Wellness—inviting you to rest, reset, and integrate the experience through soothing frequencies and vibration. Come and experience the medicine that movement, music, connection and vibration has to offer you.

Date: Saturday May 16 6:30-8:30 pm

Time: arrival @ 6:20 pm receive your headphones and settle into a comfy spot before the session starts @6:30 pm(EST)

Location: Antrim Park 5800 Olentangy River Road, Columbus Ohio 43235

What to bring: 

 * A yoga mat or towel/blanket to relax on

 * A bottle of water

 * An open mind :) 

 * layered clothing come as you are or dress in your most playful attire as we encourage self expression!

We will be moving for 60 minutes and then relaxing into the sound journey from Safe in Sound Wellness so please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can move freely in.
