First Day Hike & Beach Clean-Up w. AMSEAS at Hallock State Park

Join the Atlantic Marine Conservation Society for a beach clean-up and cold-stun sea turtle monitoring walk on the Long Island Sound beachfront of Hallock State Park Preserve. We will be meeting in the upper parking lot, where visitors will have a chance to check out AMSEAS mobile response trailer and educational display, and visit the tables of other local environmental groups. Beach walk and clean-up will take place unless there is excessive wind, cold, or precipitation. Trash pickers & buckets will be provided. Bring your own gloves. Refreshments provided.
