Guided by Olivia Marie, you’ll craft your own unique support stick using natural materials, colorful threads, meaningful charms, and dried flowers. these beautiful handcrafted objects serve as personal talismans and tangible reminders of your emotional journey.

The practice of creating support sticks combines mindful focus with artistic expression, offering a gentle path to self-discovery and emotional release. as you wrap, weave, and embellish your stick, you’ll have space to process feelings that may be difficult to express with words alone.

No prior art experience is required to participate! all necessary materials will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring personal items with special meaning to incorporate into your creation.

This experience is FREE and open to everyone ages 18+.
