comprehensive 3-hour workshop followed by a mat Pilates class!
Working with a pelvic floor specialist was extremely helpful during different stages of my life, and helped me understand my body so much more.
That understanding enhanced my personal Pilates practice so much and improved my other workouts and quality of life.
This workshop is designed to address the many questions women want to ask but don't know how to approach.
We will cover a wide range of topics, from anatomy to proper function, dysfunction, and so much more. You can check the link in my bio for more information about exactly what will be covered.
The workshop is strictly limited to 7 women to create an intimate, safe space to ask anything and get answers to every question.
This small group size ensures you will get dedicated, hands-on support during the mat Pilates class to make sure every movement is executed properly.
