Community Spirit Circle

Join our life coach, Lisa Dempsey, one Saturday each month to find inspiration, encouragement, connection, support, and new perspectives as you explore life’s changes, challenges, and triumphs in a small group setting. This group will explore a variety of topics, with the intention of empowering attendees as individuals and as a group. What a great way to start your Saturday! All are welcome to attend!
