Many of you have been following the medical struggles of two River Falls local families. Erin and Jeff Powers, owners of Bo Jon’s Flowers and Gifts, have recently fallen on hard times due to serious health challenges. 11 year old Ray LeMay, owns and operates Rays Hen House sells farm fresh chicken and duck eggs at his farm stand. Our community is coming together to support them through a Silent Auction & Meat Raffle, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the Powers and LeMay families, split 50/50.
We are planning a Silent Auction and are in need of donations! If your business, family, or group would like to put together a gift basket or contribute another item, we would be incredibly grateful. To donate, please contact our event planner, Robin, at

Why We’re Coming Together
Erin and the Powers family have always supported our community—organizing Blooms for Rooms to deliver flowers to local care centers, and coordinating a fundraiser for Carol & Chad Trainer of Urban Olive & Vine during their time of need. Now it’s our turn to give back.
A GoFundMe has also been set up by their children:
Cara, Erin’s daughter, started a go fund me, see details here.

Ray LeMay, is a young entrepreneur who has had to put his egg business on hold while he battles diabetic ketoacidosis. To help monitor his type one diabetes, his family is raising money to get him a diabetes alert dog.
