Come join all the SP👀KY FUN at Rising Sun's Spooktacular Event! Vendors, small business, local law enforcement line the streets handing out candy to all the ghouls & goblins! Find Artfully Dunn tent and make your very own DIY SunCatcher! You pick the design and transparent back & it's assembled before you walk away.
