The evening will begin with an exclusive Vintner’s Reception with owner Daniel Nichols on the patio. Guests will enjoy extremely rare bottles from Hidden Ridge Vineyard, the previous name of Immortal Estate. The priceless opportunity is straight from the cellar and will showcase the estate before its transformation.


This intimate opening reception sets the stage for a multi-course dining experience expertly paired by Auld Alliance's Chef du Cuisine Christopher Cofiño to showcase the depth, elegance, and power of Immortal Estate’s renowned portfolio.


The final two courses will feature Immortal Estate Impassable Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Typically priced at over $500 a bottle, the wine has received 2 perfect 100-point scores in the last 6 years. Prior to that, guests will enjoy Immortal Estate Slope Cabernet Sauvignon, usually priced at just under $200 a bottle, which averages 95 points yearly.


With limited production wines, prestigious accolades, and a setting unlike any other, this promises to be one of the most anticipated wine events of the season.
