Join us for a weekend of hiking, yoga and camping!

Join us for INTRO TO CAMPING! A hiking and yoga weekend retreat.

You can expect a weekend of relaxation, adventure and great company! We will offer yoga classes, group hikes and a camp chef to cook delicious, healthy food.

We will be tent camping at a Pioneer Campsite at Cloudland Canyon State Park. There will be water and a pit privy.

This event is geared towards novice campers, but all are welcome! We will guide you every step of the way teaching you the basics of camping - how to set up your tent and campsite, cooking over the fire, outdoor safety and more! All meals will be provided (we will ask about dietary restrictions beforehand).

If you do not have your own camping equipment, we can help you rent or buy.

We will also all read a motivational book before the trip to discuss during our weekend (book title coming soon!)
